The location near a modern shopping center is excellent. The Economy Twin Room felt cramped with limited space.

The location was perfect and magnificent, walking distance to a tube station. There was a good restaurant and attentive and reasonably good staff. We stayed in well-maintained and modern room with balcony that also had wake-up service.

Impeccably clean environment throughout the hotel.

The beautiful room assigned felt much smaller than promised, leading to disappointment. Breakfast options were limited and scarcely fulfilling. The noise insulation could definitely use improvement, as sounds from nearby rooms disrupted my sleep.

Comfortable bed, beautifully maintained room with central heating, pay TV and a laptop-compatible safe. Location near to 2 shopping malls, 3 shopping centers, metro station and a bus stop, and the areas of Besiktas and Nesintasi and touristic places such as Dolmabahce.

The rooms are extremely pleasant and beautifully maintained with comfortable beds. Very good service, they provide a free parking and free Wi-Fi.

I had the pleasure of staying in a so-called beautiful room, 18sqm instead of the promised 25sqm. Breakfast was a sad little portion with not much variety, certainly not what one would expect in a high-end hotel. Worst of all, i was treated like any regular guest, no special perks for me, unacceptable, almost gave it a good review but just couldn't.

I enjoyed the convenience of being just a short walk from a bustling shopping center, perfect for some evening entertainment. The room was clean and modern, which made for a comfortable night's rest.

Noise insulation could really use some work, as sounds from adjacent rooms tend to intrude. Room sizes are on the small side, particularly the so-called beautiful room. Breakfast lacks variety, leaving you wanting more than the limited options available. Cleaning services starting at 8:00 AM can be disruptive for those who enjoy a slower start to their mornings. Plus, navigating to find taxis can be tricky during peak times.
